  • No, we do not accept Cash app as a method of payment. All payments must be submitted via online invoice that will arrive in your email inbox.

    We accept all major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay!

  • Due to the time-intensive nature of the services we provide, we must receive payment in full before services can begin.

  • Yes, we accept adult content as long as it was not obtained illegally. Please be sure your audio falls within all legal parameters. Check out our Terms of Service page for more details.

  • Never! I maintain a strict confidentiality policy when handling client content before, during, and after service. My company policy prohibits breach of privacy in any shape, form, or fashion.

    I do utilize content from a few of our clients as part of our online portfolio, but every sample in our portfolio is backed by signed consent from each client.

Audio Editing

  • Audio editing is a technical, specialized process that involves modifying, refining, or repairing audio. The purpose of audio editing is to enhance the overall quality and continuity of an audio recording.

    Examples of audio editing include but is not limited to: removing background noise, increasing low microphone volume, and getting rid of white noise, crackling, or even undesired words or sections within your audio.

  • Yes! This is actually a popular request! Please be sure your audio falls within all legal parameters. Check out our Terms of Service page for more details.

  • This doesn’t happen very often, but in the event that your audio is too damaged or distorted for full and total repair, we will contact you to let you know before accepting any payments. Should you choose to move forward, we will clean and enhance your audio to the best of our professional ability.

  • This is a popular request, and although we do plan to expand our services to mixing/mastering music in the future, this is not a service that we offer at this time. We do offer some music editing services such as looping and alignment. Please visit our Audio Editing page for details.

    Once music mixing/mastering becomes available, we will be sure to update our website and notify our clients!

  • When placing an order for Premium Audio Editing, you will be charged for the number of raw recorded minutes you send to us. So yes, if you submit 60 minutes worth of audio, you will be required to pay for 60 minutes worth of audio editing. The amount of edit work needed for your audio - big or small - has no bearing on the pricing.

  • Yes! You are more than welcome to batch-send your podcast episodes.

  • Yes, we accept all types of podcasts including solo, interview style, group storytelling/narrative, etc.

Text-to-Text Transcription

  • Yes! We offer discounted rates for bulk orders. Fill out our contact form here, let us know your order size, and we’ll give you a customized quote!

  • No, we do not accept physical mail-in orders. You must scan in your physical documents and upload them on our website before utilizing our Text-to-Text Transcription services.

  • A mobile scanning app would be a good alternative. These apps are available in both Android and Apple app stores. This allows you to take a picture of your document, and the mobile scanning app will automatically scan it and convert it into a .pdf.

    Depending on how many pages you have, taking a picture of each one may be time consuming. But it is the safest way to scan and save your documents and avoid damage to their fragile state.

    A personal favorite app of ours is Dropbox!

  • We handle all sorts of writing projects even if they aren’t listed on our website! Just contact us and let us know what you need for a custom quote!

  • No, we do not handle academic assignments that are supposed to be done by the student. Joycebomb, LLC. does not condone any form of cheating or plagiarism.

  • Sure thing! You are more than welcome to hire me on a recurring weekly/monthly basis.
