Let’s talk! This is our time to discover if we’re a good fit for one another. I take the time to really get to know your business and learn what your marketing goals are. Not all clients are sure about what to share to help our process along. No worries there! I’ll come ready with some important questions that will help me clearly see:
▸ Specifics: Why you are calling and what exactly you need
▸ The Obstacle: What problem you are looking for my work to solve
▸ The Target: Who your ideal target audience is (i.e. demographics, economic range, etc.)
▸ Desired Call-To-Action: What is the specific action you want readers to take
▸ The Scope: What the project scope is, your budget, desired deadline, etc.
▸ The Best Part: How I can best serve you!

After we’ve had a nice chat, I will send you a comprehensive proposal within 24 hours. Usually, it’s same-day!

Boom. We’re a good fit. Invoice is paid! Now, this is the part where you relax while I work my magic! In addition to the information you provided in our discovery call and any other documentation you share with me, I’ll begin my internal process of research and analysis to piece together the most compelling content for you and craft a strong first draft in a Google Doc.
Set the Stage for Feedback
It’s time for you to see the magic I produced! The first draft will be shared with you for initial review. I will give you complete access to leave any comments or notes so you can share with me where you’d like any revisions. This is done very easily using the comment feature on Google Docs (don’t worry, if you don’t know how to use it, I’ll be happy to show you!).
Once you’re done reviewing the copy, I will make any necessary edits!
Time for the Finalé!
Your content is officially finalized and ready to be dropped on your chosen online platform (landing page, blog, email, etc.). If you are working with a web designer, if desired, I am happy to coordinate with them to make sure the content is in sync with your web layout.
